Requirements
- 5+ years in Finance Systems, Finance Product, Process Optimization or Finance Transformation.
- Experience with Finance processes (R2R, O2C, P2P, Tax, or FP&A).
- Ability to translate finance process pain points into technical requirements.
- Strong understanding of ERP systems (SAP S/4HANA, MS Dynamics Business Central, etc), workflows, data flows, and system dependencies.
- Strong value framing and stakeholder management skills across cross-functional teams.
- Analytical mindset — able to define and track KPIs tied to value creation.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills to influence across Finance and Tech.
Nice to Have
- Experience in a product-led organization or building internal tools or platforms.
- Experience with automation tools (Power Automate, Python, UiPath) and data tools (Power BI, SQL, Celonis).
- Experience in a scale-up environment or high-growth tech company.
