About the Role
This role involves leading the visual and user interface design for digital platforms, ensuring alignment with brand standards and user needs while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful design solutions.
Responsibilities
- Develop high-fidelity visual designs for web and mobile interfaces
- Create and maintain comprehensive design systems and style guides
- Collaborate with product managers and developers throughout the design lifecycle
- Conduct user research to inform design decisions and validate concepts
- Produce wireframes, prototypes, and interactive mockups
- Ensure designs meet accessibility standards and inclusive design principles
- Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders and team members
- Iterate on feedback from users, clients, and internal teams
- Support front-end implementation by providing design specifications and assets
- Stay current with industry trends, tools, and emerging technologies in UI design
- Advocate for the user experience within agile development environments
- Document design processes and decisions for consistency and knowledge sharing
- Participate in usability testing and analyze results to improve interfaces
- Align visual design with organizational branding and messaging
- Balance aesthetic innovation with functional usability and technical feasibility
- Contribute to project planning and timeline estimations for design deliverables
- Mentor junior designers and provide constructive design critiques
