In this role, you’ll bridge customer needs with advanced vision and automation solutions, ensuring successful deployment from initial discovery through live production. You’ll operate independently across fast-paced factory environments, diagnosing challenges and delivering real-world results where precision and reliability are critical.
What You’ll Do
- Drive end-to-end technical sales cycles, from first contact to full-scale implementation
- Conduct on-site evaluations, live demonstrations, and troubleshooting in industrial settings
- Identify high-value use cases and guide customers toward scalable inspection solutions
- Translate field insights into actionable feedback for product and deployment improvements
- Support the expansion of the regional team by mentoring future technical engineers
- Build trusted relationships through consistent presence at customer facilities across Northern and Central Mexico
What We’re Looking For
- Background in industrial automation, robotics, or machine vision systems
- Proven ability to work directly on factory floors, debug equipment, and support live operations
- Strong engineering judgment with a structured approach to complex problem solving
- Experience in customer-facing technical roles such as Field Engineer, Applications Engineer, or Automation Specialist
- Professional fluency in both Spanish and English
- Willingness to travel 60–80% of the time across Mexico
- Motivation to shape early-stage market entry and contribute to long-term regional growth
