Responsibilities
- Build and maintain compliant relationships with healthcare providers across various specialties and care settings, including integrated delivery networks, health systems, and community clinics, by assessing their needs and providing accurate, balanced information about available products and solutions
- Promote clinical conversations that motivate healthcare providers to take action in the best interest of their patients and work with entire accounts to uncover barriers to optimal care delivery
- Determine common goals and apply strategic knowledge across accounts to create a territory-specific business plan that meets partner needs, supports patient outcomes, and delivers strong performance
- Apply knowledge of the healthcare ecosystem, including provider practices and health systems, to inform account-based selling strategies and understand decision-making processes
- Lead territory management with accountability and initiative, taking ownership of results while operating with urgency and adherence to company and industry standards
- Deliver clear, compliant product education and presentations using approved materials and training to support clinical decision-making for patient care
- Act as a collaborative force across departments such as marketing and market access, contributing positively to team success and customer outcomes
- Think beyond individual accounts by collecting and sharing customer feedback, insights, and questions to help improve service delivery for providers and patients
- Partner with internal teams to shape account and territory strategies that enhance access to products and services through combined expertise
- Combine customer and market intelligence to apply multi-channel engagement strategies that increase total customer interactions
- Use data to identify and prioritize key accounts and customers in alignment with strategic objectives to maximize impact
