Responsibilities
- Oversee the editing and post-production process for all video and motion content, ensuring excellence in cutting, color grading, audio mixing, and final delivery
- Supervise and develop a team of Motion Designers and Video Editors based in Mexico City, offering editorial guidance, feedback, and daily workflow management
- Collaborate with the Senior Producer to coordinate production schedules, post-production timelines, and delivery logistics
- Evaluate and refine video output generated by GenAI tools, specifically from Pencil, through iterative feedback to improve scene accuracy, voiceover sync, and visual coherence
- Define and uphold studio-wide quality benchmarks for post-production, including color, sound, motion, graphics, and format specifications
- Orchestrate the edit review workflow, working closely with the Associate Creative Director and Account team to implement revisions accurately and efficiently
- Ensure consistent and logical file organization, project archiving, and digital asset management across all video initiatives
- Keep up with advancements in video editing software, generative AI video tools, and motion design trends to introduce innovative methods to the team
- Assist in onboarding new team members by setting training protocols, editorial standards, and quality expectations from the start
