Responsibilities

  • Act as a top-level strategic advisor on social, digital, and influencer initiatives for major clients, ensuring alignment with healthcare regulations and business goals
  • Navigate clients and internal teams through the challenges of healthcare communications, balancing innovation with regulatory compliance while identifying risks and opportunities
  • Design comprehensive, research-backed social and influencer strategies that support overarching brand and commercial objectives
  • Manage full lifecycle delivery of large, multi-channel campaigns—from planning to execution and performance analysis—ensuring high-quality outcomes
  • Advance influencer engagement strategies involving patients, caregivers, and healthcare professionals, overseeing selection, contracts, content, and performance tracking
  • Develop persuasive strategic narratives through clear briefs, presentations, and storytelling tailored to clients and internal partners
  • Collaborate with teams across earned media, paid media, creative, data analytics, and regulatory functions to ensure cohesive campaign delivery
  • Serve as a senior point of contact for resolving complex client issues and maintaining alignment among stakeholders
  • Lead, coach, and motivate diverse teams while promoting collaboration, ownership, and professional development
  • Manage financial aspects including scoping, budgeting, and resource planning to deliver projects on time and within financial targets
  • Promote innovation by tracking new platforms, technologies, and cultural shifts, turning insights into practical client solutions
  • Support business growth through participation in pitches, new business development, and thought leadership initiatives
