Butterfield is hiring a Senior Vice President, Group Head of IT and Chief Information Officer. In this role, you will report to the Chief Information Officer and provide leadership in critical areas of technology administration, including strategic planning, acquisition integration, and performance management. What You'll Do
- Partner with the CIO in providing technology vision and direction for the enterprise.
- Serve as the principal IT Officer on behalf of the CIO as requested.
- Lead overall information technology strategic planning to achieve business goals.
- Manage the CIO team.
- Oversee the development and maintenance of IT policies, procedures, and governance frameworks.
- Provide insight to IT capabilities in support of enterprise-wide business decisions.
- Provide leadership for acquisition integration.
- Establish and implement continuous-improvement programs for the IT organisation.
- Direct the preparation and consolidation of business plans and budgets for the IT organisation.
- Implement and leverage advanced analytics to increase insight into technology investments.
- Provide leadership for planning, developing, and implementing information technology initiatives.
- Manage the program management office, overseeing and resourcing committed projects.
- Manage strategic vendor and other partner relationships.
- Drive effective collaboration between the IT organisation and stakeholders.
What We're Looking For
- A university degree in business administration or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- A minimum of 10 years’ experience in IT and business/industry, especially in a consulting or advisory service role.
- 10 years’ experience in a leadership role with proven experience building and leading teams.
Team & Environment
You will report directly to the Chief Information Officer (CIO).
Work Mode
This is an onsite position located in Bermuda.
