What You'll Do
Lead and coordinate engineering teams to develop and implement technical solutions that enhance product value and manufacturability. Serve as a subject matter expert in electrical engineering, guiding design decisions and supporting project execution across global teams.
- Collaborate with project managers and design leads during quoting to provide accurate technical assessments
- Drive resolution of engineering challenges that impact project timelines and deliverables
- Prepare and deliver comprehensive design packages for entry into product data management systems
- Develop and present detailed VAVE proposals, including simulations, schematics, and updated bills of materials
- Support design verification, supply chain coordination, and transfer to manufacturing
- Mentor junior engineers, technicians, and ECAD designers to strengthen team capabilities
- Provide on-site engineering support during prototype builds, NPI phases, and production ramp-up
- Stay current with emerging technologies to ensure designs remain competitive and efficient
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related engineering field
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in electrical design or manufacturing engineering roles
- Proficiency with multiple CAD platforms and experience navigating cross-functional design impacts
- Proven ability to lead technical teams and manage complex engineering projects
- Experience releasing products into manufacturing environments
- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- Lean Six Sigma certification
- Background in customer-facing technical roles
