VCU Health seeks a Senior UX/UI Designer to build an enterprise-class product for the hospitality industry from the ground up. You will be instrumental in creating a new Design System and collaborating with an international team to bring this platform to market.
What You'll Do
- Build an enterprise-class product from scratch dedicated to prestigious representatives in the hospitality market.
- Deliver pixel-perfect design for the new version of the system.
- Create a new Design System.
- Collaborate with other designers to understand the current product and identify areas for improvement.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum +3 years of experience as a UX/UI Designer.
- A proven portfolio showcasing digital product work, especially enterprise web platforms and mobile perspectives.
- Solid understanding of design principles.
- Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken (level not lower than B2/FCE).
- Proficiency in Figma as a main tool or the ability to learn it quickly.
- Ability to create clear guidelines for digital products.
- Skill in turning requirements into functional designs while considering technical possibilities and limitations.
Nice to Have
- Research experience, including conducting A/B tests, interviews, and user testing.
