Hi-Altitude Brands is hiring a Performance Designer - Email & Paid Ads Specialist to own and elevate Stonehenge Health’s direct response creative. You'll be responsible for scroll-stopping paid media assets, scalable email systems, and Amazon conversion creative, all while maintaining a premium wellness brand identity.
What You'll Do
- Design high-performing static and motion assets across Meta, Google, and TikTok placements.
- Create conversion-optimized ad creatives including static feed ads, carousels, stories/reels formats, and YouTube/display units.
- Build ad toolkits that balance brand credibility with direct response urgency.
- Create high-impact overlays, hooks, captions, and framing to enhance UGC conversion.
- Stay current on trends across DTC paid media and contribute proactively to creative ideation.
- Edit and iterate short-form performance video assets for paid social using video editing tools.
- Design Amazon-specific conversion assets for Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, DSP units, and storefront banners.
- Ensure message match between Amazon ads, product detail pages, and A+ content.
- Drive rapid creative iteration cycles informed by performance data like CTR, CVR, CPA, and ROAS.
- Develop structured design variations across hooks, benefit framing, proof types, and CTA language.
- Design conversion-focused email templates for campaigns, automations, product launches, and promotions.
- Build modular email systems optimized for readability, click-through behavior, and mobile-first conversion.
- Maintain organized Figma libraries, reusable components, and templated design blocks.
- Work closely with Growth Marketing, Lifecycle, UGC, and Brand teams to support launches and campaigns.
- Communicate design rationale through performance insights.
What We're Looking For
- 3–5 years of experience designing for DTC brands.
- 2+ years in a performance-driven creative role focused on paid media conversion.
- Proven portfolio of high-performing ads across Meta, Google, TikTok, and/or Amazon.
- Experience designing lifecycle email templates that drive measurable results.
- Strong skills in Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator.
- Comfort with video editing tools such as CapCut, After Effects, Premiere, or similar.
- Deep understanding of creative testing frameworks and performance optimization methodologies.
- Strong knowledge of platform-specific best practices and creative constraints.
- Strong pulse on what’s working in DTC paid social and TikTok creative trends.
- Experience designing for Amazon marketplace growth.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of the role.
Nice to Have
- Experience in wellness, supplements, or CPG DTC brands.
- Experience designing in regulated wellness categories where trust and compliance matter.
