Responsibilities
- Lead the UI/UX design lifecycle: research, wireframing, prototyping, high-fidelity design, usability testing, and final delivery.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, business analysts, developers, and project managers to translate requirements into user-friendly digital experiences.
- Translate complex business needs into Intuitive workflows, user journeys, and interactive prototypes
- Design responsive web application interfaces and mobile applications (iOS & Android) that align with user needs and government service standards.
- Conduct user research, persona development, and usability testing to inform design decisions.
- Ensure compliance with UAE government digital guidelines, accessibility standards (WCAG), and bilingual (Arabic/English) UI design best practices.
- Maintain and evolve the design system and UI style guide for consistency across applications.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, prototyping tools, and front-end technologies to ensure modern, scalable, and innovative design solutions.
Requirements
- 10+ years of expertise in user experience and interface design
- Advanced skills in tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience designing and optimizing web applications and mobile app interfaces for a government environment
- Compliance with UAE design standards, accessibility guidelines, and multilingual requirements (Arabic/English)
