EX Squared is looking for a Senior User Experience Designer to lead the design of intuitive and impactful digital products. You will be a key voice in defining user-centered experiences from concept to execution.
What You'll Do
- Lead the end-to-end UX design process for complex product features
- Create user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes
- Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions
- Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to implement designs
- Advocate for user needs and design best practices across the organization
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of professional UX design experience
- A strong portfolio demonstrating your design process and impact
- Expertise in modern design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch)
- Proven ability to translate user research into actionable design solutions
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
