EX Squared is looking for a Sr. UX Product Designer to drive the user experience vision and execution for our digital products. You will be responsible for translating complex user needs and business goals into intuitive, effective design solutions.
What You'll Do
- Lead the end-to-end UX design process from research and concepting to high-fidelity prototyping
- Create user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes to communicate design concepts
- Conduct and synthesize user research to inform design decisions and validate solutions
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define product vision
- Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards across projects
- Mentor and provide feedback to other designers to elevate team output
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of professional UX/product design experience
- Proven portfolio showcasing your design process and shipped digital products
- Expert proficiency with industry-standard design and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, interaction design, and information architecture
- Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and translating findings into design improvements
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for articulating design rationale
- Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Nice to Have
- Experience designing for enterprise or B2B SaaS products
- Knowledge of front-end development technologies and their constraints
- Experience working within a design system and contributing to its evolution
- Background in visual design or motion design principles
