EX Squared is seeking a Remote Product Designer to lead the design of user-centered digital products. In this role, you will be responsible for the full design lifecycle, partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver intuitive and effective user interfaces.
What You'll Do
- Conceptualize, design, and prototype user interfaces and experiences for web and mobile products.
- Conduct user research and translate findings into actionable design decisions and user flows.
- Create wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define requirements and bring designs to life.
- Establish and maintain design systems and component libraries to ensure consistency.
- Present and articulate design decisions and rationale to team members and leadership.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience designing and shipping complex digital products from concept to launch.
- Strong portfolio showcasing your design process, problem-solving skills, and visual design craft.
- Expert proficiency with industry-standard design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, interaction design, and usability best practices.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a remote environment.
Work Mode
