EX Squared is seeking a Remote UX Design Lead to own the user experience vision and execution for our digital products. You will be responsible for leading design initiatives, establishing best practices, and elevating the quality of our user interfaces.
What You'll Do
- Lead the end-to-end UX design process from research and strategy to wireframes and high-fidelity prototypes
- Establish and maintain design systems and component libraries for consistency
- Mentor and provide constructive feedback to other designers to foster growth
- Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to define requirements and ensure design integrity
- Advocate for user-centered design principles and conduct usability testing
What We're Looking For
- 7+ years of professional UX/product design experience
- Proven track record of leading design projects from concept to shipped product
- Expert proficiency with modern design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma)
- Strong portfolio demonstrating complex problem-solving and user-centric solutions
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to articulate design decisions
