EX Squared is looking for a Remote UX Manager - Senior to lead the user experience vision and execution for our product portfolio. You will be responsible for driving design quality and user-centered processes across the organization.
What You'll Do
- Define and implement the overall UX strategy and design direction
- Lead user research initiatives to inform product decisions and design solutions
- Establish and evangelize design systems, patterns, and best practices
- Manage and mentor UX designers, fostering their professional growth
- Collaborate closely with Product Management and Engineering leadership
- Oversee the end-to-end design process from concept to implementation
What We're Looking For
- 8+ years of professional UX/product design experience
- 3+ years of experience directly managing UX designers or teams
- Proven track record leading complex UX projects from discovery to launch
- Expert knowledge of user-centered design methodologies and tools
- Strong portfolio demonstrating strategic thinking and execution
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Nice to Have
- Experience scaling a design team in a fast-growing environment
- Background in both B2B and B2C product design
- Familiarity with front-end development principles (HTML, CSS, JS)
