EX Squared is looking for a Senior UX/UI Designer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the design of user-centered digital products and experiences.
What You'll Do
- Lead the end-to-end UX/UI design process for digital products
- Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups
- Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into compelling design solutions
- Establish and advocate for design best practices and a cohesive visual language
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your process and final designs
- Expert proficiency in industry-standard design and prototyping tools
- Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies
- Excellent communication skills for presenting design concepts and rationale
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a remote setting
