About the Role
Lead the strategy and execution of user acquisition campaigns on TikTok to drive scalable, cost-effective mobile app installs and engagement. Use performance data to optimize campaigns and inform broader marketing decisions.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage end-to-end TikTok advertising campaigns for mobile app promotion
- Analyze campaign performance to identify trends, opportunities, and inefficiencies
- Collaborate with creative teams to produce high-converting ad content tailored to TikTok audiences
- Optimize bidding strategies and budget allocation based on ROI metrics
- Monitor platform updates and adapt strategies to leverage new TikTok features
- Use A/B testing to refine targeting, creatives, and messaging
- Maintain detailed performance reports and share actionable insights with stakeholders
- Work closely with analytics teams to track user lifecycle and retention post-acquisition
- Ensure compliance with advertising policies across campaigns
- Coordinate with external partners and agencies when necessary
- Stay informed about industry trends in mobile marketing and social advertising
- Support forecasting and budget planning for future campaigns
- Identify scaling opportunities within existing and new audience segments
- Evaluate third-party measurement tools and attribution models
- Contribute to cross-channel marketing alignment where relevant
