Responsibilities
- Manage the full lifecycle of UI/UX design for digital products, from initial research to final delivery and testing phases.
- Partner with product managers, developers, and business teams to align design with user needs, technical capabilities, and strategic goals.
- Develop user flows, wireframes, journey maps, prototypes, mockups, and high-fidelity visual assets for both customer and internal platforms.
- Design seamless and engaging experiences across e-commerce sites, mobile apps, mini-programs, and other digital interfaces.
- Maintain and enhance design consistency by applying and refining design systems, style guides, and reusable components.
- Perform user research, usability evaluations, competitive analysis, and data-driven assessments to uncover usability issues and opportunities.
- Turn user insights and business objectives into functional, scalable, and aesthetically strong design solutions that serve both users and business outcomes.
- Collaborate closely with engineering teams to ensure accurate translation of design intent into final product implementation.
- Support quality assurance and post-launch evaluations to verify design fidelity and drive ongoing experience improvements.
- Contribute to early-stage product exploration by helping shape hypotheses, user scenarios, and methods for validation.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams and external partners to maintain design alignment, project momentum, and delivery standards.
- Advocate for user-centered design, structured problem-solving, and iterative improvement throughout the product development lifecycle.
