2+ years of experience designing digital products, ideally in enterprise SaaS, developer tools, or technically complex domains.
A portfolio that shows how you've tackled complex problems—bonus points for work involving workflows, data pipelines, integrations, or technical configuration interfaces.
Technical fluency—you're comfortable working on features that involve concepts like data transformations, API configurations, and automation logic. You don't need to code, but you should be able to get up to speed quickly on how systems connect and why users care.
Strong interaction design instincts. You think in flows, states, and edge cases—not just screens.
Experience working closely with engineers and understanding implementation constraints.
Clear communication skills—you can articulate your design rationale and adapt based on feedback.
Comfort with ambiguity. You can make progress even when requirements aren't fully defined.
Proficiency in Figma for design and prototyping.
