About the Role
Design intuitive and effective user experiences for digital products by conducting research, creating wireframes, and iterating based on feedback and data.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define project goals
- Conduct user research to uncover pain points and opportunities
- Develop user flows and journey maps to guide design decisions
- Create wireframes and interactive prototypes for new features
- Translate user feedback into design improvements
- Design high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile interfaces
- Maintain consistency across platforms using design systems
- Work iteratively using agile development processes
- Present design concepts to stakeholders and gather input
- Refine UI elements such as typography, color, and layout
- Support usability testing and analyze results
- Document design decisions and rationale
- Ensure accessibility standards are met in all deliverables
- Balance user needs with technical and business constraints
- Stay current with industry trends and design best practices
- Collaborate on onboarding flows for new users
- Design dashboards and reporting interfaces
- Optimize checkout and transaction processes
- Improve navigation structures for ease of use
- Create microinteractions that enhance user engagement
- Design for responsive behavior across device sizes
- Work closely with developers during implementation
- Contribute to design system governance
- Participate in cross-functional planning sessions
- Support A/B testing initiatives with design variations
