Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design initiatives for core product features used by members and the public.
- Develop visually compelling interfaces that prioritize exceptional user experiences and support strategic business outcomes.
- Conduct and manage user research activities such as interviews, surveys, and usability testing to guide design direction.
- Lead collaborative design thinking and ideation sessions to generate creative and effective solutions.
- Produce detailed wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs to convey concepts clearly.
- Design intuitive, modern digital experiences that are easy to learn, efficient to use, and cohesively integrated.
- Help build and maintain design systems, style guides, and pattern libraries to ensure design consistency across platforms.
- Work closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define requirements and implement design solutions.
- Provide mentorship and constructive feedback to junior design team members to support their professional growth.
- Keep informed about evolving trends, tools, and standards in UX/UI design, usability, and accessibility.
