What You'll Do
- Design, launch, and refine user acquisition campaigns on Meta platforms, focusing on sustainable growth and efficient spend.
- Analyze campaign performance using GA4, CRM systems, and internal reporting tools to guide data-driven decisions.
- Optimize targeting strategies, ad creatives, and landing pages through continuous testing and iteration.
- Scale channels while controlling customer acquisition costs and improving return on investment.
- Collaborate across teams to implement automation solutions and explore AI-driven opportunities in performance marketing.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience managing user acquisition campaigns on Meta (Facebook, Instagram).
- Strong proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for data manipulation and analysis.
- Proven ability to interpret complex datasets and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Independent mindset with a track record of ownership in fast-moving environments.
- Fluency in English (B2 or higher); advanced proficiency in Russian (C1 or higher) required.
