You will manage the day-to-day operations of a global real estate portfolio while driving digital transformation over the next year. This role blends hands-on administrative oversight with strategic automation design, ensuring continuity during a leadership transition while advancing long-term efficiency goals.
What You'll Do
- Oversee lease lifecycle management in coordination with external partners, maintaining accurate tracking of critical dates and obligations within the AVANT system
- Support real estate decisions by preparing analyses for renewals, terminations, and space planning initiatives
- Process purchase orders and ensure correct financial coding in SAP and procurement systems
- Manage employee access deprovisioning and conduct regular audits to maintain security compliance
- Prepare annual reports and maintain documentation required for regulatory and sustainability platforms like Watershed
- Map existing workflows to uncover opportunities for automation across transactional and compliance processes
- Design and deploy integrated digital workflows connecting AVANT, SAP, Brivo, and other enterprise tools
- Lead the shift from manual reporting to intelligent systems using UiPath and agentic technologies for lease analysis and vendor coordination
- Enhance connectivity between real estate data and corporate systems to improve accuracy and reduce rework
Requirements
- Proven experience with SAP, real estate databases, and portfolio management platforms
- Familiarity with UiPath automation tools and autonomous agent frameworks
- Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, including automated dashboards and reporting logic
- Track record of implementing technology-driven process improvements
- Ability to detect inefficiencies and reengineer workflows for scalability
- Collaborative experience working across Finance, Accounting, IT, and procurement functions
- Mindset oriented toward systemic automation rather than incremental speed
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to decompose complex operations into modular, automatable steps
- Adaptability in ambiguous environments, balancing operational stability with transformational change
