The Association of Test Preparation, Admissions, and Private Tutoring (TPAPT) is hiring a Senior Tutor - SAT or ACT Full Test

Shape student success through personalized test preparation with a nationally recognized organization dedicated to academic achievement. As a Senior Tutor, you'll provide one-on-one remote instruction for the SAT or ACT, working directly with high school students to build skills, confidence, and strategic readiness for college admissions exams.

What You’ll Do

  • Design and deliver customized tutoring sessions that respond to individual learning styles and academic goals.
  • Create targeted lesson plans and practice assessments to address specific student challenges and strengths.
  • Track performance over time and offer clear, actionable feedback to students and their families.
  • Apply proven teaching techniques that improve content mastery and test-taking efficiency.
  • Uphold a high standard of professionalism and discretion in all communications.

What We’re Looking For

  • Outstanding personal performance on the SAT, ACT, or both.
  • At least three years of paid tutoring or teaching experience focused on these exams.
  • Deep familiarity with the structure, content, and strategies relevant to the SAT and ACT.
  • A bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited institution.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Availability to teach between 5 and 20 hours weekly, with flexibility to accommodate student schedules across U.S. time zones.
  • A genuine commitment to educational equity and student growth.
