TPAPT is hiring a Senior Tutor to provide comprehensive, remote one-on-one test preparation for the SAT or ACT. In this role, you will deliver engaging, individualized instruction to high school students, helping them build confidence and achieve their academic goals.
What You'll Do
- Deliver engaging, individualized instruction and test preparation for SAT or ACT students.
- Develop customized lesson plans and practice tests tailored to each student’s needs.
- Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback to students and parents.
- Utilize effective teaching methods to build students' confidence and skills in test-taking strategies.
- Maintain professionalism and confidentiality with all client interactions.
What We're Looking For
- Proven success with high scores on either the SAT or ACT.
- Availability for 5-20 hours per week.
- A minimum of 3 years of paid experience tutoring or teaching one of these tests.
- Strong understanding of SAT and ACT formats, content, and test-taking strategies.
- Earned Bachelor's degree or higher from a recognized institution.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- A passion for education and commitment to student achievement.
