As a Corporate Health Coach, you will play a key role in advancing employee wellness by delivering tailored health consultations, leading informative workshops, and conducting on-site health assessments. Your focus will be on empowering individuals to meet their personal health goals through customized nutrition and fitness planning, all within a supportive, solution-oriented framework.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver individual health coaching sessions on-site, focusing on sustainable lifestyle changes in nutrition, physical activity, and overall well-being.
- Design and facilitate engaging, educational workshops that promote preventative health practices across diverse employee groups.
- Conduct biometric screenings and wellness evaluations to assess client progress and inform personalized coaching strategies.
- Build trust with participants from varied backgrounds, including technical and customer-facing roles, to increase program participation and long-term engagement.
- Maintain accurate records, submit monthly reports, and ensure all administrative duties are completed efficiently.
Qualifications
Candidates must have an Associate degree, with preference given to those holding a Bachelor’s or Master’s in health promotion or a related field. A certification from a nationally recognized coaching program is required, along with proven experience in fitness assessments and personalized program design. Strong communication skills in English are essential, as is reliable transportation for travel throughout the Tucson metro area.
Preferred qualifications include bilingual ability in Spanish, experience delivering group presentations, and certifications in nutrition, personal training, or group fitness. A background in corporate wellness and a minimum of three years in a related role are advantageous.

Compensation
