AURORA is looking for a Senior Travel & Lifestyle Manager to join our Member Experience Team and shape our global member experience. You will work directly with Co-Founders and our proprietary AI to provide high-touch service across travel, dining, wellness, and luxury goods. This role offers significant potential to grow into a leadership position across Travel, Business Operations, and Growth.
What You'll Do
- Curate and execute exceptional lifestyle experiences and itineraries for members, with a strong focus on travel alongside dining, wellness, and luxury goods.
- Build and manage relationships with top-tier travel providers, including boutique hotels, luxury resorts, private aviation, and elite destination specialists.
- Using our core technology, anticipate the evolving needs of high-achieving individuals and proactively recommend unique opportunities.
- Cultivate and operationalize deep knowledge of global travel trends and high-end hospitality to stay ahead of member expectations.
- Provide front-line insights and feedback to internal Product, Engineering, and Operations teams to help improve Aurora’s services and drive innovation.
