Responsibilities
- Lead the training department and oversee the delivery of product-specific instruction across all platforms.
- Develop standardized processes to collaborate with product teams and co-develop scalable training curricula.
- Supervise a team of trainers who conduct in-person classroom sessions and practical exercises at customer sites and internal test locations.
- Educate diverse end users, including military and government personnel, on comprehensive hardware and software systems.
- Develop, refine, and maintain training materials that reflect current product capabilities and technical specifications.
- Design structured learning programs using multiple modalities, such as presentations, interactive labs, digital modules, and simulation-based training.
- Ensure all instructional content is regularly updated to align with new features and product iterations.
- Partner with teams across the organization to integrate the latest technical and operational updates into training programs.
- Act as a primary liaison between end users and internal teams, representing user needs and experiences.
- Translate user feedback into actionable insights to guide product development and improve usability.

- Must be physically present in Costa Mesa, California for work.
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 50% of the time, including assignments in designated Hazard Zones.
- Candidate must be eligible to acquire and retain a U.S. Secret security clearance.
