Responsibilities

Overseeing import and export compliance activities across the United States, Puerto Rico, and Canada
Handling the classification of goods produced internally and acquired from external suppliers
Administering the organization's United States-Mexico-Canada Agreement (USMCA) compliance program
Supporting the Global Trade Compliance Manager in creating, executing, and updating company-wide compliance policies and procedures
Ensuring adherence to international regulations governing the movement of goods across borders
