Laborie is hiring a Senior Territory Manager (Wisconsin) to join our Urology team. You will be responsible for driving sales growth by directly presenting and selling our products and services to medical professionals within an assigned territory, focusing on achieving and exceeding your sales quota.
What You'll Do
- Present, in-service, and sell Laborie products and services to physicians, nurses, and clinicians in offices and hospitals to grow sales.
- Advise physicians on the correct use of our products, demonstrating proficiency with the full portfolio.
- Utilize all available sales tools to identify and develop prospects to ensure sales targets are achieved.
- Present brand value propositions and customer-focused solutions by leveraging the entire Laborie range.
What We're Looking For
- A Bachelor’s Degree or a combination of relevant experience, education, and training.
- Minimum 5 years of proven successful sales experience in medical device or a related field.
- Proven ability to identify business opportunities and persuade and influence others.
- Excellent communication skills including advanced presentation ability.
Nice to Have
- Clinician selling experience in a hospital environment.
- Ability to work independently with effective time management skills.
