Laborie is hiring a Senior Territory Manager to join our Urology team. In this role, you will be responsible for selling our products and services directly to medical professionals in offices and hospitals across your assigned territory in Northwest Oregon and Idaho. Your primary objective is to achieve sales volume at or above your assigned sales quota while ensuring a positive customer experience.
What You'll Do
- Present, in-service, and sell Laborie products and services to medical professionals, including physicians, nurses, laboratory managers, and clinicians, with a focus on sales growth.
- Support and advise physicians on the correct use of Laborie products, demonstrating proficiency with all portfolio devices, their indications for use, and procedures.
- Demonstrate effective use of all available sales tools and materials to identify and develop prospects to ensure sales targets are achieved.
- Present brand value propositions and value-added customer solutions by leveraging the full Laborie range to increase account penetration.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s Degree (B.S. or B.A) or a combination of relevant experience, education, and training.
- Minimum 5 years of demonstrated successful sales experience in the medical device field or a related industry.
- Proven ability to identify business opportunities and persuade and influence others.
- Excellent communication skills, including advanced presentation ability.
Nice to Have
- Clinician selling experience in a hospital environment is highly preferred.
- Ability to work independently with effective time management skills.
