Responsibilities
- Drive adoption and sales of neurovascular technologies across a designated region to consistently meet or surpass annual revenue goals.
- Deliver on all territory performance metrics in line with corporate strategy and incentive compensation guidelines.
- Build and sustain strong, lasting relationships with key clinical decision-makers, academic institutions, and professional medical organizations.
- Identify and follow up on sales opportunities, evaluate customer requirements, and deliver tailored solutions to optimize product value.
- Partner with internal teams such as marketing, finance, sales operations, and OEM partners to align on business priorities and execute strategy effectively.
- Conduct or analyze market intelligence on customer behavior and competitor activity to inform sales planning.
- Create, execute, and adjust market development strategies based on regional insights and business needs.
- Gather and communicate customer feedback on product performance and innovation to R&D, marketing, and operations teams.
- Perform regular business analysis and submit regional reports accurately and on schedule. Lead quarterly reviews to demonstrate progress against sales KPIs.
- Stay informed about competitive offerings and go-to-market tactics, and provide timely updates to sales leadership.
- Engage in ongoing product and procedural training through virtual and in-person programs. Attend required regional and national meetings.
- Resolve customer issues according to company protocols and escalate complex situations to management promptly.
- Support the development of new sales team members through field and corporate training participation.
- Embody and apply the organization's high-performance standards and behavioral expectations in daily activities.
