About the Role

Laborie is hiring a Senior Territory Manager (Central PA) to join our Urology team. In this role, you will directly sell our products and services to medical offices and hospitals within your assigned territory, supporting a positive customer experience while producing sales volume at or above your assigned quota.

What You'll Do

  • Present, in-service, and sell Laborie products and services to medical professionals in offices and hospitals, including physicians, nurses, and laboratory managers.
  • Support and advise physicians on the correct use of Laborie products, demonstrating proficiency with all product portfolio devices and procedures.
  • Utilize all available sales tools and materials to identify and develop prospects to ensure sales targets are achieved.
  • Present brand value propositions and customer solutions by leveraging the full Laborie range to increase account penetration.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor’s Degree (B.S. or B.A) or a combination of relevant experience, education, and training.
  • Minimum 5 years of demonstrated successful sales experience in the medical device field or a related area.
  • Proven ability to identify business opportunities and persuade and influence others.
  • Excellent communication skills, including advanced presentation ability.

Nice to Have

  • Clinician selling experience in a hospital environment is highly preferred.
  • Ability to work independently with effective time management skills.
