Role Overview
This is a fully remote position supporting a recruitment team based in Auckland. As a Senior Technology Sourcing Specialist, you will lead end-to-end sourcing initiatives for technology and digital transformation roles, ensuring a steady flow of qualified candidates matched to evolving client needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively source qualified candidates using database searches, X-Ray techniques, and platforms like LinkedIn, GitHub, and Stack Overflow
- Discover and leverage new sourcing channels including tech meetups, online communities, and referral networks
- Conduct screening conversations to evaluate candidate qualifications and alignment with open roles
- Develop and distribute clear, accurate candidate briefs and job postings
- Maintain and reactivate candidate records in Bullhorn to maximize pipeline efficiency
- Engage with tech communities to nurture long-term talent relationships
- Generate market reports and talent maps to support strategic hiring decisions
- Apply AI-powered tools to enhance sourcing speed and precision
- Attend team briefings and deliver daily updates to ensure alignment with the Auckland team
- Ensure all candidate interactions are documented with accuracy in the system
Tools & Platforms
Proficiency in Bullhorn, LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and advanced online search methods—including X-Ray searching—is essential. Experience integrating AI into sourcing workflows will be a key advantage.
