As a Senior Technology Sourcing Specialist, you will play a key role in identifying and qualifying talent for a wide range of technology and digital transformation positions in the Auckland market. Working entirely remotely, you'll collaborate closely with the local recruitment team to ensure a steady flow of high-quality candidate profiles.
What You'll Do
- Proactively source qualified professionals using advanced search methods across platforms such as LinkedIn, GitHub, and Stack Overflow
- Apply X-Ray and Boolean search techniques to uncover passive candidates and expand talent reach
- Conduct screening conversations to assess candidate suitability and interest
- Develop and maintain a sustainable pipeline by engaging with tech communities, events, and referral networks
- Generate insightful market reports and talent maps to support client-specific hiring strategies
- Write clear, compelling job descriptions and candidate briefs that reflect role requirements accurately
- Use Bullhorn to track interactions and re-engage previously sourced candidates
- Incorporate AI tools to enhance sourcing efficiency and data analysis
- Deliver daily updates to keep the team aligned on progress and challenges
- Attend planning and strategy sessions to stay aligned with hiring goals
- Ensure all candidate-related data is documented with accuracy and consistency
Requirements
- Proven experience in sourcing for technology roles using platforms like LinkedIn, GitHub, and Stack Overflow
- Familiarity with Bullhorn or similar CRM systems
