Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) is looking for a Senior Technician to be responsible for the comprehensive operational integrity of Sathorn Square. In this on-site role, you will lead maintenance efforts, supervise technicians, and coordinate all repairs, ensuring the building's equipment performs optimally. You will be a key operational leader shaping the future of this premier Bangkok property.
What You'll Do
- Perform building maintenance tasks as assigned by the Building Manager and Building Engineer.
- Provide day-to-day operational guidance and supervision to building technicians.
- Oversee technicians' work to ensure it follows the established operational plan.
- Report operational results directly to the Building Manager and Building Engineer.
- Arrange for repairs and maintenance to keep all building equipment in optimal condition.
- Inspect and coordinate directly with contractors performing repairs and maintenance.
- Check building utility usage statistics and prepare detailed reports for the Building Engineer.
- Issue repair orders and inspect the completed work of building technicians.
- Maintain comprehensive records for all machinery systems and building architectural history.
- Perform machinery checks strictly according to the prepared maintenance schedule.
- Summarize daily, weekly, and monthly water and electricity usage data.
- Always comply with all company regulations and standards.

Team & Environment
You will report directly to the Building Manager and Building Engineer, serving as a critical operational link between management and the on-site technical team.
Work Mode
This role requires full-time on-site presence at the Sathorn Square property in Bangkok, Thailand.
