Project Overview: This role serves global financial institutions and banking clients, situated in Beijing's financial center, primarily focused on maintaining operational management for office spaces, network rooms, and data centers. Responsibilities: 1. Deliver 5×12/7×24-hour equipment and facility maintenance services, supporting 365×24-hour emergency response with guaranteed two-hour on-site arrival. 2. Execute inspection routes and checklists meticulously, ensuring comprehensive documentation and seamless handover. 3. Rapidly address maintenance requests following client and JLL emergency protocols, demonstrating autonomous problem-resolution capabilities. 4. Periodically review maintenance-related documentation, timely uploading to designated system platforms. 5. Draft preventive maintenance plans and associated documentation, supervising vendor change management compliance, examining modification and maintenance reports. 6. Manage vendor relationships, participating in performance assessments and relevant training activities. 7. Lead and organize routine operational meetings, including monthly and weekly gatherings. 8. Support implementation and coordination of small-scale projects. 9. Collaborate with supervisors during various audit processes, including internal, external, and environmental assessments. 10. Maintain effective communication with clients, users, colleagues, and subcontractors. 11. Promptly engage in training programs and complete required evaluations, adhering strictly to organizational guidelines. 12. Assist supervisors with additional temporary assignments, maintaining flexibility. Qualifications: 1. Valid low-voltage electrical worker certification; preference for candidates with air conditioning operation credentials. 2. Minimum vocational or high school education. 3. Experience in banking, data center, or disaster recovery site environments. 4. Comprehensive understanding of electrical, UPS, air conditioning, fire safety, and plumbing system operations. 5. Facility maintenance experience. 6. Capability to work 5×12/7×24 shift rotations with 365×24-hour emergency response readiness. 7. Proactive work approach with strong teamwork and independent operational skills. 8. Availability for public holiday work and shift variations. 9. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. 10. Excellent communication capabilities. 11. Clean professional record, capable of passing financial industry background investigations. 12. Demonstrable resilience, proactivity, and adaptability to on-site management directives. 13. Preference for candidates with international work environment experience.
