Amperesand is looking for a Senior Technical Sourcer to scale the volume and quality of our engineering candidate pipeline. You will focus on outbound sourcing and relationship-building for junior through senior-level roles, with a primary emphasis on hardware and deep-tech engineering.
What You'll Do
- Execute outbound sourcing and craft targeted outreach while leveraging and expanding your network to engage top technical candidates in hardware, embedded, electrical, mechanical, and systems engineering.
- Develop sourcing strategies and talent mapping to build a robust, diverse pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Partner closely with our full-cycle recruiter and hiring managers to understand technical requirements and hiring priorities.
- Track and analyze sourcing activity to optimize strategies and continuously improve results.
- Maintain technical knowledge to understand relevant skills, companies, and emerging trends in hardware and deep-tech engineering.
- Represent the company with professionalism and technical credibility in all candidate interactions.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of technical sourcing experience in hardware and engineering roles.
- Proven ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with top technical candidates.
- Experience leveraging data to optimize sourcing strategies and drive results.
- Self-directed, resourceful, and effective in dynamic, high-growth environments.
- Skilled at crafting messaging that resonates with technical candidates.
- Experience partnering with recruiters to support high-volume requisitions.
