About the Role

Weekday seeks a Senior Technical Recruiter to scale our engineering and technology teams. You will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and hiring exceptional talent across various technical domains to support our growth.

What You'll Do

  • Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for technical roles from requirement gathering to successful onboarding.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders to define effective sourcing and hiring strategies.
  • Leverage sourcing channels including LinkedIn, job portals, talent communities, and events to build a strong talent pipeline.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, providing market insights and guidance on hiring best practices.
  • Partner with marketing and leadership teams to enhance employer branding efforts.
  • Track, analyze, and report recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill to improve efficiency.
  • Ensure a seamless, engaging, and high-touch candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve recruiting processes and tools for scalability.

What We're Looking For

  • 5–12 years of proven experience in technical recruiting or talent acquisition, preferably within high-growth product or technology companies.
  • Strong understanding of technical roles and skillsets such as software engineering, data science, DevOps, and QA.
  • Demonstrated success in hiring for mid-to-senior level technical positions across different functions and geographies.
  • Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems, sourcing tools, Boolean search techniques, and recruitment analytics.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and build lasting relationships.
  • A self-starter mindset with a high level of ownership, agility, and attention to detail.

Nice to Have

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • Exposure to employer branding, diversity hiring, and talent marketing strategies.
  • Experience recruiting in startup or hyper-growth environments.

Team & Environment

You will be part of our Talent Acquisition team, working closely with hiring managers and leadership.

Work Mode

This is a remote position open to candidates based in India.
