PermitFlow is on a mission to modernize how the built world operates. We are hiring a Senior Technical Recruiter to build our team remotely, driving growth by identifying and attracting top EPD talent. You will own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle and partner closely with hiring managers.
What You'll Do
- Own the end-to-end recruitment life cycle, from sourcing to offer acceptance.
- Develop and execute comprehensive sourcing strategies to identify top-tier candidates.
- Partner with hiring managers to align on needs, priorities, and talent acquisition goals.
- Screen candidates, advise on candidate management, track SLAs, and own candidate communications.
- Report on key recruiting metrics and suggest actionable changes to leadership.
What We're Looking For
- A minimum of 3 years of recruiting experience with a proven track record managing the full cycle.
- Previous experience working in an early-stage startup or tech environment.
- Familiarity with the Ashby Applicant Tracking System (ATS) is essential.
