Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for software engineering and technical positions across the Poland office, managing every stage from sourcing to offer acceptance.
- Collaborate closely with engineering and product leadership to define role criteria, develop evaluation scorecards, and guide hiring decisions based on market insights.
- Develop robust pipelines of passive technical candidates using inventive sourcing methods that extend beyond standard platforms into Polish-specific tech communities and networks.
- Inform hiring strategies with data analytics, market comparisons, and funnel performance metrics to improve decision-making.
- Diagnose and resolve systemic challenges in the local hiring process by implementing sustainable, scalable improvements rather than temporary fixes.
- Create and deploy AI-driven recruitment systems that enhance sourcing efficiency, personalise outreach, streamline screening, and integrate advanced automation and agent-based tools.
- Establish repeatable recruiting frameworks and documented processes that support the scaling of the Poland technical team.
- Coordinate across Talent Acquisition, People Operations, Compensation, and business units to ensure a smooth transition from hiring to onboarding to employee growth.
- Work alongside the local People Ops contact to address employee HR needs, benefits inquiries, and adapt policies to align with Polish regulations and culture.
- Optimise the candidate journey at every touchpoint, from initial contact to offer, to strengthen employer reputation in the Polish tech sector.
- Manage the organisation’s employer branding in Poland through community involvement, content creation, university collaborations, and event participation.
- Embody and promote company values in all interactions, contributing to team culture, engagement activities, and a positive workplace environment in Poland.
- Share effective recruiting practices, systems, and documentation with the global Talent Acquisition team to elevate overall standards.
- Surface key insights from the Polish talent landscape to influence broader, global talent acquisition planning.
- Support cross-functional initiatives in People and Talent, including onboarding enhancements, operational workflows, and employer branding projects.
