Responsibilities

  • Lead sourcing and candidate pipeline development for engineering positions, emphasizing outreach to and engagement with passive technical talent.
  • Design innovative sourcing approaches using LinkedIn, employee referrals, talent networks, events, and alternative channels to draw top-tier technical candidates.
  • Perform initial recruiter assessments and guide candidates through the hiring process, ensuring a positive experience via consistent communication and rapport building.
  • Collaborate with recruiting peers and hiring leads to align on candidate profiles, exchange market intelligence, and refine sourcing tactics as hiring priorities shift.
  • Monitor pipeline metrics, sourcing performance, and recruitment KPIs to enhance outreach methods, improve conversion rates, and optimize hiring results.
  • Enhance sourcing processes and operational effectiveness by leveraging tools such as Ashby, Pin, and Claude.
