Rillet is looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team. In this role, you will drive our engineering and technical hiring strategy, partnering directly with leadership to build exceptional product and engineering teams. You will navigate complex technical requirements and attract top-tier talent in highly competitive markets.
What You'll Do
- Partner with engineering and technical leadership to develop comprehensive recruiting strategies and hiring plans for software engineering, ML/AI, and engineering leadership.
- Source and engage top-tier technical talent through advanced sourcing techniques, technical community engagement, open source contribution analysis, and building robust talent pipelines.
- Manage full-cycle recruiting processes for complex technical roles, including coordinating technical interviews, coding assessments, and system design evaluations.
- Serve as a talent partner to hiring managers and candidates on market trends, compensation benchmarking, technical role positioning, and competitive intelligence.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of technical recruiting experience.
- 3+ years of that experience specifically recruiting for software engineering, ML/AI, or leadership roles.
- A track record of recruiting across all engineering levels, from junior to Staff Engineers and Engineering Managers.
- Excellent relationship-building skills, adept at navigating technical communities and understanding engineering culture in fast-paced environments.
- A data-driven approach to influence stakeholders; from aligning on total addressable market and target profiles to influencing process changes.
