Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end hiring for technical positions from requisition to offer closure
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand team needs and shape recruitment plans
- Develop proactive sourcing plans using platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, GitHub, employee referrals, and specialized job boards
- Assess candidates for technical proficiency and alignment with organizational values
- Coordinate and streamline the interview process to ensure a positive candidate journey
- Align stakeholders on candidate evaluation and guide consensus on hiring choices
- Manage offer discussions, including compensation negotiation and final candidate conversion
- Deliver insights on market trends, salary benchmarks, talent availability, and competitor hiring activity
- Monitor recruitment metrics and ensure accurate, up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system, with preference for Greenhouse
- Optimize hiring workflows to enhance both speed and quality of hires
