Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver complex, high-impact recruiting efforts across critical, senior, and/or hard-to-fill roles that materially impact the business
- Own and optimize full-cycle recruitment at a strategic level, encompassing proactive sourcing, rigorous assessment, executive-level closing, and long-term talent planning
- Design, influence, and execute enterprise-level recruiting programs, strategies, and frameworks that support current hiring needs and future workforce planning
- Serve as a strategic advisor and thought partner to senior leaders and executives, translating business objectives into scalable talent strategies
- Drive alignment across cross-functional partners (People, Finance, Legal, Executive Leadership, etc.) to shape hiring priorities, headcount planning, and workforce decisions
- Identify gaps, risks, and opportunities within the recruiting ecosystem and independently implement solutions that improve outcomes across the function
- Act as a recognized subject matter expert in talent acquisition, market intelligence, and hiring best practices
- Mentor, guide, and influence other recruiters or stakeholders, raising the overall capability and effectiveness of the recruiting organization
- Operate with a high degree of autonomy and accountability, setting direction rather than taking direction, while still collaborating effectively across teams
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business-related field
- Minimum 10 years of progressive full-cycle recruiting experience, with deep expertise in AI, Machine Learning, Software Engineering and Technical hiring
- Demonstrated ability to lead through influence, navigate ambiguity, and drive results in highly complex, fast-moving environments
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with a proven ability to advise, persuade, and challenge senior leaders and executives
- Strong business acumen with the ability to connect talent strategy to broader organizational goals and outcomes
- Recognized internally as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert in recruiting strategy, labor market dynamics, and talent best practices
- Brings strong fluency in AI and recruiting data, independently owning new tools and workflows while partnering with TA peers to elevate talent storytelling, market intelligence, and candidate identification at scale.
- Advanced ability to synthesize qualitative and quantitative data, including market signals and intangible factors, to inform decision-making
- Track record of delivering results that have function-wide or organization-wide impact
- Proficiency with ATS and recruiting technologies (Ashby, LinkedIn Recruiter highly preferred), with the ability to influence tool adoption and process improvements
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, capable of conveying complex concepts to diverse audiences
