Lead Technical Recruiting Efforts in a high-growth environment focused on intelligent machines and physical AI. As a Senior Technical Recruiter, you will collaborate directly with engineering leadership to define hiring priorities, shape team structure, and execute targeted talent acquisition strategies.
What You’ll Do
- Design and manage end-to-end recruitment for software and machine learning engineering roles
- Work closely with engineering leaders to align talent plans with technical roadmap and team growth
- Develop sourcing strategies to identify specialized talent in competitive technical domains
- Run structured interview processes that evaluate technical depth, problem-solving, and cultural alignment
- Enhance recruiting infrastructure to improve efficiency and scale across regions
- Share data-backed insights on hiring velocity, conversion rates, and pipeline health
- Support and guide other recruiters to strengthen overall team capability
- Ensure a positive, respectful candidate experience from first contact to offer
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of technical recruiting experience, with a focus on software or ML engineering roles
- Proven success hiring in fast-moving, complex technical environments
- Ability to operate independently and drive outcomes with high ownership
- Strong communication and influence skills, especially when working with technical stakeholders
- Familiarity with niche engineering fields such as autonomy, robotics, embedded systems, or defense technology is a plus
- Experience in startups or hypergrowth companies preferred
Compensation & Benefits
This role offers a base salary ranging from $96,000 to $209,000 USD annually, depending on experience and location. Additional compensation includes equity in the form of options or restricted stock units, and learning and wellness stipends.

Work Environment
This is an onsite role with offices in Sunnyvale, Washington D.C., San Diego, Ft. Walton Beach, Ann Arbor, London, Stuttgart, Munich, Stockholm, Bangalore, Seoul, and Tokyo. Employees are expected to work from the office five days per week, with limited flexibility for remote work when needed for personal commitments.
