About the Role
Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of core infrastructure projects by working closely with engineering teams, defining milestones, managing risks, and aligning technical efforts with business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Direct the end-to-end lifecycle of technical infrastructure projects
- Coordinate between engineering, security, and operations teams to ensure alignment
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, dependencies, and resource needs
- Track progress and communicate updates to stakeholders regularly
- Identify and mitigate risks that could impact project timelines or quality
- Facilitate agile ceremonies and ensure adherence to development processes
- Translate technical requirements into actionable plans for non-technical stakeholders
- Manage change control processes for infrastructure-related initiatives
- Support incident management and post-mortem reviews when necessary
- Ensure compliance with security and operational standards
- Drive continuous improvement in project delivery methodologies
- Work with vendors and third parties on integrated solutions
- Maintain documentation for project workflows and system changes
- Escalate blockers and resolve cross-team dependencies efficiently
- Promote a culture of accountability and transparency within project teams
Nice to Have
- Master’s degree in a technical or management discipline
- Certifications such as PMP, CSM, or SAFe
- Experience in fintech or cryptocurrency-related infrastructure
- Background in incident command or disaster recovery planning
- Knowledge of regulatory frameworks affecting technical systems
