Responsibilities
- Lead full lifecycle project delivery by establishing charters, integrated plans, milestones, RACI matrices, risk and dependency logs, communication strategies, and change controls; maintain accurate, up-to-date, and audit-ready documentation
- Execute governance processes including regular team meetings, issue resolution, scope and timeline management, and financial oversight, with clear reporting tied to organizational goals and leadership requirements
- Ensure adherence to governance, risk, and compliance standards by validating control frameworks and collaborating with security and policy teams to integrate compliance into project planning
- Oversee financial aspects such as budget forecasting, funding coordination, vendor expense tracking, and cost-benefit analysis to inform early-stage decision-making
- Plan and manage operational handover activities including support model design, knowledge transfer, and service catalog integration to ensure measurable project closure
- Collaborate with enterprise security, technology, and business units to align priorities, resolve conflicts, and advance shared outcomes across functional boundaries
- Promote ongoing enhancement of project management practices by documenting insights, refining PMO standards, and contributing to templates and procedural guides
