Join Jobgether as a Senior Technical Program Manager and lead complex, cross-functional technical programs that drive impactful business outcomes and operational excellence. You will play a key role in planning, executing, and delivering high-value initiatives.
What You'll Do
- Lead cross-functional technical programs from planning through execution, delivering measurable business outcomes.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, QA, and operations teams to define milestones, dependencies, and program plans.
- Identify risks and potential limitations, proactively mitigating technical and operational issues.
- Translate complex technical concepts for non-technical partners and stakeholders.
- Provide weekly progress updates and ensure alignment with business priorities.
- Drive optimization of workflows, including Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Mentor and guide team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years managing cross-functional technical programs across engineering, product, QA, and operations.
- Deep understanding of software development lifecycle, architecture patterns, system design, and engineering practices.
- Proven experience leading programs with measurable business impact, including product launches and complex integrations.
- Skilled in project planning, execution, dependency management, and risk mitigation.
- Experienced in optimizing workflows using Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders effectively.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
Nice to Have
- Advanced degrees (MBA, MS) are a plus.
- Professional certifications in project or program management (e.g., PMP, Scrum Master) are desirable.
