Remote Recruitment is looking for an Appointment Setter to join our growing UK-based startup. In this role, you will be responsible for driving qualified meetings through multi-channel outreach, owning the full meeting funnel from cold call to confirmed booking. You will work remotely from South Africa, aligned with UK business hours.
What You'll Do
- Make high-volume outbound cold calls to UK-based prospects within the recruitment and HR sector.
- Conduct outreach via LinkedIn, email sequences, and phone to secure qualified client meetings.
- Manage calendar scheduling, confirmations, and follow-up to reduce no-show rates.
- Rebook and follow up with no-show prospects promptly to maintain meeting consistency.
- Clean and segment purchased data (e.g., from Apollo) to build accurate outreach lists.
- Log all activities, communications, and updates in the CRM system.
- Track performance metrics: meetings booked, attended, no-shows, and rebooking rates.
- Collaborate with the founder to continuously refine outreach messaging and targeting.
- Provide daily activity reports and weekly KPI updates on outreach performance.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 3 years of experience in appointment setting for recruitment agencies.
- Proven track record of high-volume cold calling and successful meeting setting.
- Strong familiarity with UK business culture and professional phone manner.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Ability to work full-time, aligned to UK business hours.
- Experience using CRM systems and sales engagement tools.
- Skilled in managing multi-channel outreach campaigns (phone, LinkedIn, email).
- Comfortable working in a performance-driven environment with clear KPIs.
- Detail-oriented with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Access to a reliable laptop and high-speed internet connection.
