Scarpel Telecom is hiring a structured, hands-on Operations Lead to design and implement scalable, efficient internal processes across the organization. This role serves as a bridge between strategy and execution, ensuring teams operate in alignment with clear systems and measurable outcomes that drive sustainable growth.
What You'll Do
- Design, document, and implement efficient internal processes across key departments (Sales, Account Management, Routing, etc.).
- Identify inefficiencies and create scalable systems that improve coordination, clarity, and execution.
- Develop visual process documentation, dashboards, and SOPs that make workflows transparent and easy to follow.
- Drive cross-functional alignment to ensure all teams operate from standardized processes aligned with company objectives.
- Translate high-level strategic goals into actionable plans and measurable initiatives.
- Establish reporting structures that provide visibility on progress, bottlenecks, and efficiency.
- Lead the rollout of new workflows, ensuring adoption, adherence, and continuous improvement.
- Encourage operational discipline and ownership across teams.
- Support internal communication by standardizing how teams share updates, requests, and dependencies.
What We're Looking For
- 5 - 7 years of experience in process management and leading operational improvement within a fast-paced, fully remote environment.
- Proven ability to design and optimize processes that enhance efficiency and collaboration.
- Advanced ability to visualize workflows using process mapping and dashboard tools (e.g., Notion, Microsoft Teams, Excel, or similar).
- Strong analytical, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working cross-functionally across multiple business units.
- Hands-on, structured approach to problem-solving and implementation.
